Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Helpdesk Lead to manage helpdesk resources and coordinate issue resolution for a 2-month engagement . The ideal candidate will oversee the helpdesk team, work closely with the technical team to address and clear the issue list, and provide regular updates to ensure smooth operations and effective support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead and manage the helpdesk resources, ensuring the team operates efficiently and effectively.
- Issue Resolution: Collaborate with the technical team to address and resolve outstanding issues on the issue list.
- Daily Updates: Provide daily updates on the progress of issue resolution and ensure communication is clear between all stakeholders.
- Coordination: Ensure smooth communication between the helpdesk, users, and technical teams to maintain high-quality support.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a helpdesk leadership or support role.
- Strong organizational and team management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide clear updates.
- Available for a 2-month engagement
