Events Intern

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing of multiple items for vendors evaluation
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders as part of events planning and management, which includes logistical arrangements, logo clearances and other administrative tasks
  • Support the P&E Team in liaising, planning, administration, post-event wrap-up for events.
  • On-site event duties including set-up, ushering, registration, av, ad-hoc photography, pigeonhole management.

Skills and Competencies

  • Can-do attitude, positive personality, growth mindset to learn on the go.
  • Organisation skills to be able to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving & Initiative to troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Basic skills for Microsoft Suite, Zoom.
