Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Strategy:

• Develop project execution plans, timelines, and budgets.

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Leadership & Team Management:

• Lead project teams, including project managers, design engineers, quantity surveyors and site supervisors.

• Assign responsibilities and ensure effective resource allocation.

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.

• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and safety.

• Involve in company level operational and management processes.

Budget & Financial Management:

• Monitor project expenses and ensure cost control measures are in place.

• Assist country/Regional lead in the performance of business performances.

Stakeholder Communication & Coordination:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client and consultant team for assigned projects.

• Address and resolve project-related conflicts and issues.

Key Requirements:

• Registered Singapore Professional Engineer

• At least 15 years of experience in design delivery management, with 5 years in a leadership role.

• Completed at least 2 projects as a S.O. Rep using PSSCOC, experienced in contract administration, management of claims, extension of time, progress reporting, requirements for site management and project execution plans.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering multi-disciplinary consultancy services for large-scale infrastructure construction projects.

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

• Strong contract administration expertise.

• Problem-solving and risk management abilities.
