Assistant Manager - Manager (Digital Communications & Customer Experience)

(What the role is) Are you someone who thrives on creating content that informs and inspires? We are looking for a digital communications professional with a keen eye for detail and strong content instincts to manage and grow our digital presence and connect with audiences on key energy and sustainability topics. In this role, you will manage EMAs digital platforms, craft compelling content, and leverage data and digital tools to drive targeted and impactful communications. Your work will help bring our initiatives to life and deepen public understanding and engagement in an increasingly digital world.
(What you will be working on) Responsibilities will include:
- Support the development and implementation of our corporate website strategy and plans to deliver intuitive, user-centric digital experiences.
- Develop engaging digital content (e.g., videos, visuals, long-form articles) across EMAs online platforms, including website and social media channels, to inform and connect with audiences.
- Manage and update EMAs website, ensuring content is regularly updated, user-friendly, and optimised for search engines.
- Create and develop communication collaterals (e.g., publications, videos, electronic direct mailers) to raise public awareness of the agencys initiatives and to engage our target audiences.
- Monitor and analyse digital trends, audience insights, and best practices to refine EMAs online presence, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in digital communications, website management, social media management, content creation, or related fields.
- Creative and strategic thinker, with a passion for digital content and storytelling.
- Familiar with web analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and able to use insights to improve user experience and content performance.
