ASSISTANT BAKER (CENTRAL KITCHEN)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the production of cookies, cakes, desserts and snacks.
• Prepare ingredients and support in all baking related tasks.
• Assist in the design and production of festive, seasonal and special themed baked goods.
• Help with packing finished goods and ensure a neat presentation and consistency in packaging for retail sales.
• Support the full supply chain from production and packaging to retail, logistics and inventory forecasting/planning.
• Maintain proper hygiene practices in line with food & beverage safety and hygiene standards.
• Other tasks as and when assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 3 years working experience in baking and pastry making.
• A passion for baking with a keen interest in creating delectable treats.
• Pro-active team player.
• Responsible and positive attitude.
• Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety standards.
• Valid food hygiene certificate will be an advantage.
• Work location at Central Kitchen at Defu Lane (Hougang).
• Singaporeans only.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,600.00 - $3,200.00 per month
