Job Description

  • Accounts Payable & Receivables
  • Manage all claims and process payments of bills & staff claims
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Maintenance of Bank Records and Bank Reconciliation
  • Inventory control
  • Matching and Checking of Invoice - Invoices must be matched with PO and original DO and GRN
  • Prepare and provide documentation to internal control teams
  • General administrative & HR duties

Requirements:

  • Diploma holders with basic accounting knowledge
  • 1 year of working experience in accounting will be advantageous.
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Meticulous with strong attention to detail
  • Fast learner with good time management and ability to multi-task
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP is advantageous
  • Basic knowledge of incoterms and GST is advantageous
