Job Scope:

• Handle full set of accounts including General Ledger (GL), AR, AP, and month-end closing
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Ensure timely and proper accounting entries according to company policies and accounting standards
• Issue invoices and delivery orders
• Monitor customer payments and follow up on overdue accounts
• Reconcile AR records and ensure accuracy of customer statements
• Verify supplier invoices, delivery orders, and payment terms
• Prepare payment vouchers and ensure timely payment to suppliers
• Reconcile AP records and handle supplier statements
• Prepare and monitor monthly, quarterly, and yearly budgets
• Work closely with management to provide cost forecasts
• Highlight variances between actual and budgeted figures
• Prepare financial reports, profit & loss (P&L) statements, and balance sheets
• Analyze financial performance, cost control, and identify areas for improvement
• Assist with year-end audit and liaise with external auditors and tax agents
• Ensure compliance with tax, GST, and other regulatory requirements
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents
• Support in costing, internal controls, and process improvements
• Assist in cash flow planning and bank reconciliation

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Accounting software (QuickBooks and Xero)
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn, attention to details
• Self-motivated, independent and pro-active
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skill

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
