ACCOUNT ASSISTANT

Position Title: Accounts Assistant

Location: Pioneer

Working Hours: 5 days (Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

Employment Type: Permanent

Job Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable:

  • Monitor and record incoming payments.
  • Follow up with customers on outstanding invoices and promptly resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Prepare and send statements of account to customers.

Accounts Payable:

  • Accurately perform accounts payable postings.
  • Process suppliers invoices.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies.
  • Prepare and issue payment vouchers to suppliers.

Others:

  • Generate daily invoices for import and export shipments.
  • Perform accurate data entry into the accounting system.
  • Assist with finance-related matters, ad-hoc tasks, and assigned projects.
  • Handle general administrative duties, including filing, responding to emails, answering phone calls, and supporting daily office operations.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: GCE "O" / "N" Level, Professional Certificate, or Diploma in any field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Able to start work at short notice will be an advantage.
