Position Title: Accounts Assistant
Location: Pioneer
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
Employment Type: Permanent
Job Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable:
- Monitor and record incoming payments.
- Follow up with customers on outstanding invoices and promptly resolve payment discrepancies.
- Prepare and send statements of account to customers.
Accounts Payable:
- Accurately perform accounts payable postings.
- Process suppliers invoices.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Prepare and issue payment vouchers to suppliers.
Others:
- Generate daily invoices for import and export shipments.
- Perform accurate data entry into the accounting system.
- Assist with finance-related matters, ad-hoc tasks, and assigned projects.
- Handle general administrative duties, including filing, responding to emails, answering phone calls, and supporting daily office operations.

Job Requirements
- Minimum qualification: GCE "O" / "N" Level, Professional Certificate, or Diploma in any field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Able to start work at short notice will be an advantage.
