Warehouse Team Lead

  • 5.5 Working Days
  • Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm) @Tuas
  • Saturday (8am - 12pm) @Loyang
  • Salary: $2400 - $2700 (Based on Experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of 5-6 warehouse assistants to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Oversee receiving, checking, sorting, and proper storage of incoming goods (parts and supplies).
  • Ensure accurate picking, packing, and timely dispatch of items for delivery.
  • Maintain stock accuracy and manage inventory records and locations.
  • Coordinate returned goods processing and liaise with relevant departments.
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse environment.
  • Manage stock-taking and general warehouse tasks.
  • Work with suppliers and forwarders to arrange shipments.
  • Prepare shipping/freight-forwarding documentation.
  • Provide good customer service and support.
  • Ensure team follows company procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Provide guidance, training, and motivation to warehouse staff.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience
  • Experienced in operating forklift truck is preferred.
