Vice President - Real Estate Sales

As the Vice President - Sales at Contour Buildcon Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the sales function to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, building and leading a high-performing sales team, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring client acquisition and deal closures are profitable. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, project management, and finance to align sales initiatives with business objectives.

Monitoring sales performance metrics, providing detailed reports to senior management, and ensuring compliance with real estate laws and regulations will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking forums, driving innovation in sales processes and utilizing CRM tools for efficiency. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field with a preference for an MBA.

A minimum of 5 years of senior sales leadership experience in the real estate sector, a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, and strong knowledge of real estate market dynamics are essential. Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and sales analytics tools, are required.
