Venture Partner - Venture Capital Fund (Healthy Aging & Longevity) - Singapore & Hong Kong Only. Maroon Venture Fund I LP is expanding our team in Asia and seeking a Venture Partner based in Singapore, Tokyo, or Hong Kong.

Healthy Aging & Longevity Investor | Institution Builder | Preventative Health for chronic conditions including Climate Impact on Health | Wharton

We are looking for an experienced Venture Capital Investor with a 10+ year venture capital / growth equity investment track record (including exits) to join our exciting, dynamic, and differentiated Venture Capital investment team. If you meet the qualifications, please read this post carefully and apply accordingly.

Note: The fund already has a highly experienced investment team and advisors; additional expertise in the listed areas is not differentiated here.

What we ARE looking for in a Venture Partner
  • 1) PORTFOLIO or FUND MANAGEMENT experience (non-corporate) at a Venture / Growth Capital, Private Equity Fund, or Family Office (not investment banking or corporate).
  • 2) VENTURE CAPITAL "INVESTMENT" TRACK RECORD with demonstrable investments and exits, minimum 5-10 years.
  • 3) RELEVANT SECTOR EXPERTISE in Preventative Health, Precision Medicine, Blue Economy, Built Environment, Artificial Intelligence, and/or Deep Tech (generic sector experience not relevant).
  • 4) Strong existing Family Office and/or LP relationships or captive capital (demonstrated via co-investment or investments).
  • 5) LOCATION Singapore, Tokyo or Hong Kong only.
  • 6) "PARTNER-READY" mindset as a partner/executive/owner, not merely an employee; strong potential for growth toward full-time and/or GP roles.
