• Prepare project plans and coordinate the attainment of project deliverables from planning to implementation. Maintain a matrix for process improvements.
• Drive project deliverables and task details through reports, tracking charts, and checklists.
• Align activities of internal resources to achieve on-time and within-budget performance objectives for the project.
• Monitor and report to the business unit on the projects cost performance.
• Participate on intra‑business unit design teams to complete projects and contribute to the teams technical development.
• Research causes of project obstacles and assist in implementing solutions for resolution.

• A few years of semiconductor process experience.
• Prior project management experience is an added advantage.
• Proactive, problem-solver, and meticulous.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites locally as needed.
