SOFTWARE IMPLEMENTATION LEAD

Are you an experienced software professional with strong leadership in implementation and cross-functional coordination? Were looking for a Software Implementation Lead to join our team and take charge of delivering mission-critical systems for smart facilities, government, and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead software implementation and integration projects for enterprise clients across APAC and the Middle East.
  • Develop, manage, and execute project plans, timelines, and live cutover strategies with minimal downtime.
  • Provide expert-level support on deployment, system configurations, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, developers, QA, and support teams to ensure seamless handover and delivery.
  • Review code, define development strategies, and uphold software quality standards.
  • Lead onsite client support when required (e.g., Singapore, Dubai).
  • Mentor junior engineers and facilitate technical upskilling across departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in computing or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in software development and implementation roles.
  • Proven track record of managing live deployments and server-side migrations.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft .NET (C#.NET, .NET Core), SQL Server, ASP.NET, REST APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, React, and Python.
  • Knowledge of SaaS platforms, SCADA systems, and FM/Utility management systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Git, and Phabricator.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience handling international clients.
  • Experience in smart solutions for buildings, facilities, or utility automation will be a strong advantage.
