Software Operations & Maintenance

1. Monitor and manage HRM software applications.
2. Ensure the smooth functioning of HRM software systems with minimal downtime.
3. Troubleshoot HRM software-related issues and coordinate resolutions.

System Optimization & Process Improvement

1. Analyze HRM software performance and suggest improvements.
2. Automate routine tasks to enhance efficiency.
3. Implement best practices for operations and software management.

Security & Compliance

1. Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards.
2. Conduct regular system audits and risk assessments.
3. Coordinate with cybersecurity teams to address vulnerabilities.
4. Work closely with development and support teams.
5. Provide training and technical support to users.
6. Act as a liaison between business teams and operations.
7. Ensure the project is completed on time.

Reporting & Documentation

1. Maintain records of system performance and incidents.
2. Prepare reports on operations and software efficiency.

Technical Skills

1. Proficiency in IT systems, databases, and cloud platforms.
2. Experience with software deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
3. Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.

Soft Skills

1. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
2. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
3. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in software operations or software support.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

Salary: Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications.
