The Senior Manager/Manager will be part of a team overseeing the development and management of Recreation Centres (RCs) for Migrant Workers (MWs) in ensuring the well-being of MWs and that their social and psychological needs are attended to.

What you will be working on

• Involve in the design and conceptualisation of RCs to meet the needs of MWs, including infrastructural layout of the RCs, the type of programmes to be offered at the RCs• Involve in multi-year procurement strategy and contract management for the existing RCs and new RCs which include tender and construction of new buildings, repairs and redecoration (R&R) works • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders in the execution of the concept plans• Oversee RCs operations in ensuring smooth running of the RCs and programmes remain attractive to MWs

What we are looking for

• Possess tertiary qualifications, preferably in Business or Project Management • Possess a depth of knowledge and relevant experience in handling complex procurement matters or managing infrastructural projects• A good knowledge of IM on Procurement and GeBIZ would be advantage. • Able to manage consultants, contractors and managing project schedule and budget• Able to handle end users professionally, work independently and be efficient with a strong customer service mindset. • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task to meet tight deadlines.
