Responsibilities- You will play a critical role in shaping and delivering the companys regional talent strategy. The position demands both strategic thinking and practical execution, with the aim of building strong leadership pipelines, supporting career growth frameworks, and embedding talent practices that enhance organizational capability.
- In addition, you will be responsible for developing and implementing succession planning processes, identifying and supporting high-potential talent, and advising on leadership development programs tailored to business needs. In partnership with country-level HR leads, you will ensure local implementation of regionally aligned initiatives, bringing consistency and coherence to talent efforts while respecting local context. Moreover, you will also work closely with business leaders to support performance enablement, team development, and long-term workforce planning.

Acting as a strategic advisor, you will bring a thoughtful and informed voice to senior stakeholder discussions, championing a people-first approach that aligns with the organizations values and ambitions.
- The ideal candidate will bring between 10 to 15 years of experience in human resources, with a strong foundation in talent management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
