What you will be working on

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Programme Manager who will independently plan and manage major project while taking ownership of project-related engagement and change management initiatives.

What To Expect

• Take full ownership from idea to landed impact of work

• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities for the team

• Drive project-related engagement and change management for impacted stakeholders

• Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments

• Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of judgement

• Lead and manage delivery teams, ensuring they are motivated and working effectively

• Improve the velocity of development teams at a sustainable pace

• Ensure teams are focused on delivering value and meeting organizational priorities

• Oversee the application of Agile and Lean tools and techniques

• Work collaboratively with peers across functions to achieve goals

• Generate clear analyses using cross-functional data sources

• Build and maintain strong networks outside the immediate team

• Run portions of readouts and discussions with stakeholders

• Independently manage external dependencies related to work items

• Educate and support Product Owners, especially with respect to backlog refinement and stakeholder management

What we are looking for

• Minimum 8 years of working experience in delivering complex digital products or services

• Strong track record in managing multiple major projects simultaneously

• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to synthesize multiple data points into clear recommendations

• Experience in stakeholder management and change management

• Deep understanding of Agile and Lean methodologies

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines

Additional Advantages

• Working knowledge of Agile Contract and government procurement processes

• Experience with design thinking and workshop facilitation

• Background in vendor management
