Relationship Manager
Do you enjoy serving customers and tending to their requests? We are currently seeking a Relationship Manager to join our Customer Service team. We need someone who enjoys communicating with our customers and providing advice. Your role will be responsible for handling inquiries, providing solutions, and developing strong relationships with our customers.
Responsibilities- Provide a clear explanation of the various loan and credit options alongside their contractual terms to the client.
- Select and recommend the best loan package for the client.
- Compute payment details for the client.
- Review loan agreements to ensure completeness and accuracy in accordance with company policy.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required.
- At least 1 year of sales experience.
- Outgoing personality.
- Proficient in speaking both English and Mandarin (for liaison with Mandarin-speaking customers).
- Proficiency in dialects (e.g., Cantonese or Hokkien will be an added advantage).
