Regional QESH Manager (Automation)

Overview

Adecco is partnering with a globally renowned industrial automation company to search for a Regional QESH Manager to join their organization. This is a permanent role located in the West with work hours from 8:30am to 5:30pm. The role will oversee compliance and governance in quality, environmental, health, and safety standards within the organization. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in the quality function, with people management and regional exposure.

Responsibilities
  • Process Governance and Management: Provide leadership in development, implementation and maintenance of QEHS management system with the goal to meet internal and external requirements.
  • Quality & Compliance: Develop, implement, and maintain QEHS management systems, ensuring compliance with internal, regulatory, and customer standards.
  • Audits & Inspections: Development of audit plans and leading internal, external, and customer audits, ensuring thorough evaluations and timely resolutions.
  • Process Improvement: Monitor and improve QEHS processes, address deviations, and implement corrective/preventive measures.
  • KPI Management: Establish and track key performance indicators to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • EHS Compliance: Plan and oversee environmental, health, and safety processes, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace.
  • Leadership & Training: Train employees, promote a strong QEHS culture, and coach teams to meet organizational goals.
  • Sustainability: Provide leadership on sustainability initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders for meaningful outcomes.
The Talent
  • Bachelor Degree in Quality, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Science or related field.
  • 6-8 years of proven experience in QEHS management, including compliance and audit processes.
  • Certified Lead Auditor for ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001.
  • Prior experience in leading a regional team.
  • Strong knowledge of quality tools, EHS regulations, and sustainability practices.
  • Leadership skills with a track record of driving change and fostering teamwork.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and employee training.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and technology to enhance quality processes.
