1. Coordinate, supervise, and when necessary, execute all aspects of purchasing and material planning for raw materials, packaging, and other materials and services as specified.
2. Source and qualify potential suppliers in accordance with established supplier certification guidelines and purchasing policies.
3. Coordinate and oversee bid processes for suppliers according to established guidelines.
4. Work cross-functionally to assist in the development of new products (e.g., packaging design, new ingredients, labels, etc.).
5. Collaborate with QA and R&D on quality issues, specifications, nutritional information, and discuss concerns with suppliers.
6. Establish and maintain the chain of command for all purchasing requisitions, documentation, forecasts, and receiving documentation.

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Purchasing Management, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
2. Relevant working experience in F&B retail is advantageous.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
4. Good communication and negotiation skills.
5. Strong planning, organizing, and prioritizing abilities.
6. Focus on continuous improvement processes.
7. Independent, able to work under pressure, and capable of multi-tasking.
