Regional HRIS Associate

A leader in Shipping and Logistics company is expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates for the Regional HRIS Associate position based in Singapore.

• Serve as the SuccessFactors administrator, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and timely updates.
• Support HR teams with operational tasks such as employee data management, reporting, and troubleshooting system issues.
• Collaborate with IT and HR stakeholders on system enhancements, integrations, and digitalization projects.
• Assist in user access management, workflow configurations, and testing of new functionalities.
• Provide first-level support to HR users and escalate technical issues when needed.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to process improvements.

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HRIS administration, preferably with SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
• Tech-savvy with an interest in HR digitalization and system optimization.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with regional stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
