Project Director

As a Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing project plans, timelines, and budgets. You will lead and manage a team of engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure the successful delivery of projects. In addition, you will coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to meet project requirements, identify and mitigate potential risks, and maintain quality control standards. Managing project budgets and costs, tracking expenses, and controlling costs will be vital aspects of your role. You will also be responsible for developing and managing project schedules to ensure deadlines are met.Effective communication is essential in this role as you will need to communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members. This position requires a full-time commitment and offers benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
