Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Pilates Instructor to join our team. As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for the following duties:

1. Class Design and Implementation:Develop and deliver a range of Pilates classes suitable for beginners, intermediate, and advanced students. Create personalized training plans based on individual client needs and goals.
2. Teaching and Coaching:Instruct clients on proper Pilates techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness. Motivate clients using positive communication methods to help them achieve their best performance. Provide one-on-one coaching, especially for clients requiring special attention.
3. Health and Wellness Guidance:Advise clients on complementary health and wellness practices that can enhance their Pilates experience. Stay updated with the latest Pilates trends and health research to provide informed guidance.
4. Equipment Management:Maintain and ensure proper use of Pilates equipment. Suggest equipment improvements or upgrades when necessary.
5. Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage continued engagement and progress. Address client concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.

• Certification in Pilates instruction.
• Proven experience as a Pilates Instructor.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A commitment to health, fitness, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
