About Us

Julian Grey is a boutique human capital consultancy delivering impactful HR solutions across industries. We are hiring a part-time HR Admin (Work Pass Processing) to handle work passes, onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, and HR records to keep operations smooth and compliant.

Responsibilities:

• Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Liaise with government agencies to ensure timely and compliant submissions.
• Prepare onboarding documents and ensure completion before start date.
• Liaise with IT to set up email and system accounts for new hires.
• Coordinate with insurance providers to enroll new employees and manage benefits.
• Conduct onboarding sessions and collect required documents.
• Manage offboarding processes, closing accounts, insurance cancellations, and exit checklists.
• Maintain and update employee files and HR documentation.
• Track work pass expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
• Maintain accurate records for insurance, IT accounts, and MOM compliance.
• Support employee queries on HR policies and benefits.
• Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and reporting.

Requirements:

• Proven experience handling work passes.
• Familiarity with MOM procedures and HR compliance.
