Operations Manager (Customer Service, Order Processing - Supply Chain)

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee customer support and shipping operations across the region to ensure high standards of post-sales service.
• Oversee day-to-day customers order processing and shipment coordination to support smooth business operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on service expectations.
• Establish best practices for customer communication, order verification, and delivery scheduling for both local and overseas markets.
• Act as the escalation point for service-related issues, including complaints, quality matters, and delivery challenges.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve technical or operational issues effectively.
• Review and optimize team performance to achieve greater accuracy, responsiveness, and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and relevant documentation practices.
• Drive process improvements to enhance service quality, efficiency, and overall customer experience.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 - 8 years of experience sales support, customer service and operations management, preferably with regional experience or prior experience working in a MNC environment.
• Proficiency in ERP or similar systems is an advantage.
