ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Attending to customer enquiries via email or phone call. Calling Agent/Supply Boat & Vessel for POD endorsement. Data Entry Support Daily Operation Cash Handling and submission to Finance 3rd party documents Handling. Complete other tasks assigned by Operation Manager
WORKING REQUIREMENTS Secondary, GCE N or O Level, ITE or equivalent Fluent in spoken & written English Minimum 1 to years relevant working experience Knowledge of MS- Office tools and AX system. Strong team player with a positive attitude, good communication, and hardworking Strong sense of responsibility Problem solving and innovation skills A good judgment with the analytical skill A rigorous work attitude
