Role Overview

We are hiring an Office Operations & Logistics Manager to run the operational backbone of a distributed company. The role spans vendor management, employee logistics, events, and the unglamorous-but-critical operational details that keep the company running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery

- Coordinate employee equipment, shipping, and remote office logistics

- Plan and run team offsites, summits, and events end-to-end

- Manage budgets, expense workflows, and operational reporting

- Maintain operational policies, runbooks, and standard processes

- Support cross-functional projects that need operational ownership

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 4+ years in operations, office management, or logistics

- Strong vendor management and budget ownership experience

- Hands-on with operational tools (Asana, Notion, Slack, expense management)

- Excellent written communication and stakeholder management

- Comfort with logistics, shipping, and event planning
