This role is responsible for engaging with our audience and influencers, fostering meaningful connections, amplifying brand messages, and supporting the educational platform strategy through active social listening and interaction.Key Responsibilities
- Motion Content Creation: Design, animate, and produce a wide range of motion graphics and videos for use across digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns
- Brand Consistency: Adhere strictly to brand guidelines and visual identity standards across all design work, ensuring a cohesive and recognisable brand presence
- Support Art Direction: Work closely with the Art Director to conceptualise and execute the visual narrative for multi-format content, with a focus on motion and video
- Storytelling: Leverage motion and visual effects to humanize science and technology, spotlight clinical expertise, and showcase consumer success stories
- End-to-End Production: Support the end-to-end content production process, including ideation, storyboarding, animation, and final output
- Multi-format Design: Adapt visual content for various formats including static images, animated GIFs, short videos, and printable materials, aligning with the consumer decision journey
- Image Management: Assist in sourcing, selecting, and editing high-quality imagery and visual elements
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Growth Marketing, CRM, and Clinical & Comms Teams to create dynamic content that supports their goals
- 3+ years of experience in motion graphic design and video production, preferably in healthtech, wellness, or consumer brands
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion graphics, animation, and video editing
- Proficiency in motion design software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D) and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro)
- Solid understanding of design principles, visual storytelling, and brand identity
- Ability to simplify complex ideas into engaging and digestible animated narratives
- A collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for health and longevity
- Bachelors degree in Motion Graphics, Communications, or a related field
