Job Description

• Develop, monitor, and implement business plans for the business units, ensuring effective execution and achievement.
• Develop and present strategic and operational plans aligned with the banks objectives.
• Ensure all staff adhere to the Banks core values and service standards at all times.
• Manage daily operations and set long-term direction for the business unit.
• Implement strategic plans to drive business success.
• Lead and track leads generated from various sources.
• Collaborate with other executives and senior leaders across the organization.
• Monitor industry trends impacting the business unit.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on leads and business activities.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in a financial institution.
• Experience in large-scale organizations is advantageous.
• Good understanding of the banking industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proactive and innovative problem-solving approach.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of risk management practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
