Role Description

As a Digital Marketing & Account Management Intern, you’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, execution, and client management, helping to run accounts, manage campaigns, and ensure everything moves smoothly from idea to delivery.

You’ll work closely with founders, designers, and clients, gaining exposure to how a real agency operates day-to-day.

In this role, you will be tasked with

• Assisting in & managing client accounts and communications
• Joining client calls, taking notes, and following up on action items
• Tracking deliverables, timelines, and campaign performance
• Supporting in building client reports and presentations
• Marketing Strategy, Content & Ads Strategy Planning
• Helping to craft captions, messaging, and campaign angles
• Brainstorming creative concepts and campaign ideas
• Researching for campaigns, competitors, and trends
• Turning ideas into actual business outcomes
• Coordinating between internal team (designers, strategists) and clients

Qualifications

Skills:

• Understanding of Digital Marketing and Social Media
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Basic Understanding of Graphic Design
• Comfortable using tools like Google Docs, Slides, Monday, Canva etc.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
