• Lead and manage IT consulting projects for banking clients
• Plan and promote IT initiatives within bank IT departments
• Oversee system development projects, including core banking rollouts
• Define and implement processes and governance frameworks for IT departments based on industry best practices
• Support IT investment planning and cost management initiatives
• Design IT organizational structures and propose improvements
• Leverage automation tools to improve IT operational efficiency
• For managerial rank:
• Develop client proposals and manage contracts to expand IT engagements
• Lead business development and sales activities
• Build and manage consulting teams

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in any field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT consulting, including project management and IT-related roles
• Minimum 3 years of leadership, team management, and business development or sales experience — required for Manager-level candidates
• Ability to demonstrate a professional mindset with a high level of ownership and accountability
• Prior experience working in a banks IT department is a plus.
