Legal Counsel (M&A/Projects - 3-5PQE)

Overview

Cana Consulting is working closely with a client in the petrochemical industry. They are now looking for a junior-mid level legal counsel to work on exciting new projects. This role requires the candidate to have an understanding and fundamental training in M&A, particularly within the projects/infrastructure sector. The candidate will be part of a high performing regional team.

Responsibilities
  • M&A due diligence for projects that the firm has undertaken
  • Working closely with external counsels to provide oversight on transactions
  • Provide legal advice on all other general corporate and ad hoc matters
Qualifications
  • Called to Bar, 3-6PQE
  • Trained as an M&A or Project Financing Lawyer. Ideally with a sound understanding of the project development space
  • We are open to generalist M&A lawyers if you have sector related experiences i.e. working with clients in project development/infrastructure
  • EA Lic: 24S2202 | CEI Reg: R
