Job Purpose:
Provide technical support and improve efficiency through Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for daily business operations.
- Troubleshoot IT issues and help users resolve software and hardware problems.
- Oversee company devices and ensure smooth operation of IT equipment.
- Collaborate with departments to enhance workflows and improve system usage.
- Manage system upgrades, data security, and feature implementation processes.
Job Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is required.
- Familiar with troubleshooting hardware, software, and common IT support issues.
- Strong understanding of data protection and backup best practices.
- Ability to coordinate with teams to drive system and process improvements.
- Open to handling ad-hoc IT support tasks as needed.
The successful IT Systems Support Specialist must possess hands-on experience with Business Central and be confident in resolving both system and hardware issues while working with cross-functional teams.
