IT Manager
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the development, maintenance and operating priorities of IT systems.
- Develop and test disaster recovery plan according to the specifications to ensure effectiveness.
- Handle the delivery of IT services to organisation, through contract management, outsourcing, partnerships and internal IT departments.
- Identify the IT services and infrastructure needed to support the critical business systems.
- Guide the selection, set up and use of IT equipment and software.
- Implement solutions based on the gaps identified in service and maintenance services.
- Ensure IT governance, set and enforce standards and policies in relation to technology, quality, IT security, risk and project management.
- Control and make suggestions for development budgets.
- Manage and develop a budget for cost management.
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science(including Programming, Networking) or equivalent.
- 7+ years of IT project management experience.
- Strong experience in project management, solution planning or delivery.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, technologies, and applications.
- Ability to analyze project data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Certification on Project Management such as PMP, PSM / CSM, etc, preferred.
- Self-motivated with a positive "can-do" attitude, with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills including strong persuasive techniques.
- Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines.
