IT Executive

Our client is a leading organisation with strong presence across APAC. They are building their technology team and are looking for an IT Executive to join them. This role will provide hands-on support in day-to-day IT activities, ensuring reliable infrastructure, strong cybersecurity practices and seamless end-user support across the organization.

Responsibilities

IT Operations & Support

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user incidents in a timely manner.

System & Infrastructure Maintenance

• Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud services)
• Support implementation of security protocols, backups, and recovery plans.
• Monitor system performance and escalate issues when required.

Application & Project Support

• Support enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HRIS, Office 365)
• Assist IT Manager in system upgrades, patching, and integration projects.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers for support and procurement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, or systems administration.
• Knowledge of Windows/Mac environments, Active Directory, networking, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Microsoft 365).
• Familiarity with IT service management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
