Position details:

  • Permanent headcount, based in Singapore
  • International bank

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform financial and valuation analyses using various methodologies
  • Build detailed financial models to evaluate performance under various operating scenarios and analyze impacts of different capital structures and transactions
  • Regional coverage: Southeast Asia
  • Prepare presentation materials for client meetings on topics like strategic alternatives and capital markets activity
  • Support the origination and execution of equity and debt transactions, including due diligence and document drafting
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on clients and targets
  • Research and analyze markets, industries, and companies
  • Coordinate efforts with deal team members and stakeholders

Ideal candidate profile:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline
  • 4-7 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking / IBD / Corporate Finance / M&A
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a high-intensity environment
  • Strong work ethics, independent, detail-oriented, with good financial analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, creative problem-solving abilities
  • Basic accounting and finance knowledge
