What the role is

As we planned to pilot HR Kaki (AI powered chatbot) with a small group in the Enforcement Horizontal, the intern will support the content creation and writing as well as any comms collaterals for this initiative.

What you will be working on

• Craft clear, engaging copy for digital platforms including micro-site content, electronic direct mailers, and landing pages• Transform complex career development concepts into easy-to-understand content • Create visually appealing infographics and other creative assets to complement written content• Develop storyboards and scripts for short career videos (Optional)• Collaborate with the Career Health team to understand career development frameworks and translate them into user-friendly content• Track content engagement metrics and suggest improvements based on data

What we are looking for

• Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related field of studies• Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences• Basic proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)• Basic video editing skills and experience with content management systems• Knowledge of SEO principles and user experience (UX) will be an advantage• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Creative mindset with an eye for visual design and details• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
