We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Installer Supervisor to lead our curtain, blinds, and unizip installation team. You will be responsible for overseeing installation projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and delivering excellent service to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and lead installation teams for curtains, blinds, and unizip systems at residential and commercial sites.
- Plan daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor project timelines.
- Read and interpret floor plans/measurements to ensure accurate fittings.
- Conduct on-site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Train and guide junior installers on techniques and best practices.
- Troubleshoot installation issues and provide practical solutions.
- Communicate with clients, project managers, and suppliers to coordinate installations.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
