Key Responsibilities

HR Business Partner:

  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and pulse surveys.
  • Help track and analyze HR metrics (e.g., attrition, performance trends).
  • Participate in HR projects related to diversity & inclusion, employee well-being, and team effectiveness.
  • Support managers and employees with basic HR queries and processes.
  • Other ad-hoc admin co-ordination work.

Recruitment:

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities: posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications
  • Support in sourcing and pipeline building using platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, and social media
  • Help maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment dashboards
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and hiring managers for interview arrangements
  • Participate in employer branding projects, campus outreach, and internship programs
  • Conduct market research on recruitment trends and talent intelligence
  • Assist with onboarding documentation and logistics for new hires

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR functions
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of HRIS tools is a plus.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
