HR Operations Specialist (5 days, MNC, AWS & Bonus, North)

Summary

• 5 days Monday to Friday 8am-5pm/ 9am-6pm (Flexi)
• Industry: Electronics and semiconductor manufacturing
• Location: Yishun (North)
• MNC, with career progression

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (e.g., job history, leave, insurance, transfers, salary progression).
• Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, and certificates.
• Handle work pass applications and renewals.
• Provide operational support for employee relocation, immigration processes, and assignment logistics (e.g., housing arrangements).
• Generate HR reports and analytics to support HR Business Partners (HRBPs), leadership decision-making, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with HRBPs and Learning & Development (L&D) teams to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
• Provide timely and effective support to employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Payroll and other internal stakeholders to streamline processes.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the overall employee experience through operational excellence.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of HR policies, Singapore employment regulations, and compliance requirements, including work pass and immigration processes.
• Experience in supporting employee mobility (e.g., relocation, housing, or immigration) is an advantage.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, Unit4), with strong skills in HR data reporting and analytics.
