We are hiring a Head of Sales to lead the commercial function across Singapore and Malaysia, managing high-performing teams and driving sustainable growth through strategic sales leadership.

about the job

  • Lead Regional Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies across multiple markets to drive revenue and client satisfaction.

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor cross-border sales teams, ensuring individual KPIs, team targets, and professional development goals are achieved.

  • Pricing & Commercial Management: Oversee pricing frameworks, customer contracts, and margin strategies in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.

  • Business Development: Expand the companys footprint by identifying new business opportunities and strengthening key account relationships.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, customer service, and technical teams to ensure service excellence and operational alignment.

skills and experience required
  • Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics
  • min. 7 years of sales management experience in freight forwarding/logistics field.
