We are seeking a talented and passionate senior individual to join the Group Internal Audit (GIA) Team, responsible for designing and executing audit strategies for Transformation across the Bank. The successful candidate will lead, coach, and develop the audit team, collaborate with GIA leadership, and build an integrated coverage model. The goal is to provide timely thematic risk coverage and support transformational change programs, working closely with business units and functions to build trust and a robust control framework.

• Own and deliver risk assessment, coverage design, and execution of assurance over Transformation projects.
• Design audits to address key risks and regulatory expectations.
• Review and update the audit plan throughout the year.
• Ensure audit independence and adherence to the Audit Charter.

• Act as deputy to the Global Head of Audit Transformation.
• Maintain effective relationships with program and portfolio leadership.
• Represent GIA in steering committees and performance reviews.
• Engage with stakeholders to share knowledge and maintain external insights.

• Oversee high-quality audit delivery, ensuring minimal business disruption.
• Manage audit issues, reports, and team guidance.
• Identify risks, escalate issues, and support issue resolution.

• Lead and motivate the audit team, fostering development and knowledge sharing.

• Monitor portfolio risks and maintain stakeholder relationships.

• Represent GIA in committees, provide insights, and escalate delays or issues.

• Uphold the Groups values and ethical standards, ensuring compliance.

• Engage with program sponsors, portfolio leaders, and GIA teams.

• Maintain independence and professionalism in line with IIA standards.

• 12+ years in Financial Services, with 8+ in Internal Audit.
• Bachelors or Masters in Accountancy or related field; CPA or equivalent.
• Experience with complex programs, transformation risks, and portfolio management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Risk assessment, audit delivery, data analytics, communication, team leadership, project management.
