Group Chief Financial Officer - Strategic Leadership/ Fundraising/ IPO

We are supporting a fast-growing Chinese industrial group with global operations and ambitious expansion plans. The company is seeking a high-caliber Group CFO to lead its global finance function from Singapore. This is a pivotal role that will work closely with the CEO and Board to drive strategic financial leadership, international growth, and long-term capital market initiatives, including a planned overseas IPO.

• Develop and execute global financial strategies aligned with the companys growth and international expansion.
• Lead and manage capital raising activities, including equity, debt, and strategic financing.
• Play a central leadership role in IPO preparation and execution.
• Oversee global financial operations, including reporting, internal controls, compliance (IFRS/local GAAPs), and risk management.
• Provide financial leadership for major corporate decisions (e.g. M&A, international market entry, JV structuring).

• 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally in multinational or public companies.
• Proven track record in cross-border fundraising and ideally IPO leadership.
• Strong exposure to industrial sectors such as energy, environmental tech, chemicals, or heavy industry.
• Qualified finance professional (e.g., CPA, ACCA or equivalent).
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is essential due to cross-border business and stakeholder engagement.
