My client is a global fund manager seeking a Governance and Compliance Analyst for their Singapore office. This new headcount offers growth potential to oversee a regional portfolio. You will work closely with Directors on all compliance and governance matters for the firm.
Responsibilities:- Oversee the compliance and governance framework in Singapore.
- Provide compliance and business advisory to global stakeholders.
- Create and lead internal governance and compliance processes.
- Assist with MAS reporting and liaise on policies and procedures.
- Monitor and remediate risks and gaps within the business.
- Bachelors degree from a reputable university.
- At least 3 years of experience in compliance or governance roles.
- Ability to work independently in a lean team.
- Experience in infrastructure or asset management is a plus.
- CMS licensing application experience preferred.
