Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including both front-of-house and back-of-house activities
  • Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver outstanding service
  • Manage staff schedules, recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage cost control
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyze sales and operational data to optimize performance and profitability
  • Work closely with the head chef and ownership/management team to implement service and menu improvements
