Frontend Developer

• Frontend Development: Utilize your expertise in React/Angular and Web Components to design and develop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces that serve as tools and platforms for our development teams.
• Product-Driven Development: Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand and contribute to the development of product features, aligning the tools and platforms with the needs of the development teams.
• Analytics-Driven Solutions: Leverage strong analytical skills to gather and interpret data, enabling data-driven decisions to enhance and optimize the developer experience.
• Quality Assurance: Implement best practices for code quality, conduct code reviews, and ensure the reliability, performance, and security of internal tools and platforms.
• Community of Practice: Actively drive the development community by establishing and leading a community of practices, fostering knowledge sharing, best practices, and continuous learning among developers.
• Design System: Manage, contribute and drive various components of a centralised design system for our client by collaborating and working with different project stakeholders across multiple geographic region to drive a comprehensive project delivery system of components.
• Release on Demand CI/CD: Contribute to the implementation and management of Release on Demand CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth and efficient product releases.
• Software Engineering Expertise: Apply strong software engineering capabilities, including expertise in algorithms and data structures, to solve complex technical problems and enhance the overall development process.
