We are seeking a native Japanese-speaking freelance recruitment consultant to support our growing client base in Japan and the wider APAC region. This remote opportunity is ideal for Japanese mums who thrive in an international, flexible, and performance-driven environment.

• Partner with clients in Japan and APAC to understand hiring requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Source, identify, and engage high-quality Japanese-speaking candidates across multiple industries.
• Conduct candidate interviews in Japanese and English, assessing skills and cultural fit.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from shortlisting to offer negotiation.
• Provide clients with market insights, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with XpanHRs global team to expand client relationships and candidate pipelines.

• Native-level proficiency in Japanese (spoken and written).
• Professional proficiency in English to communicate with international clients and colleagues.
• Strong understanding of Japanese corporate culture and hiring practices.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely on a freelance basis.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments independently with a high level of professionalism.
