Roles & Responsibilities Job Summary

The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for supporting the sales/project team by preparing quotations, processing sales orders, coordinating with customers and suppliers, and ensuring projects are handled efficiently from enquiry to delivery. Key Responsibilities Prepare and follow up on quotations. Process sales orders and issue relevant sales documents. Liaise with customers, project teams, and logistics to ensure timely order fulfilment. Monitor project progress and keep customers informed of order status.. Assist in preparing tender submissions and project documentation when required Requirements

Diploma or equivalent qualification. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook). Able to work independently as well as in a team.
