IT (L1) Desktop Support x25 (up to $2400 | 1 year contract |Open to all)Location: Island-wide, will be assigned to a location
Duration: 1 year (Renewable)
Working hours: Mon - Fri 7am - 4pm (not much OT needed)
Salary: $2000 - $2400
Provide effective resolution of desktop support requests and incidents.
Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems.
Provide timely status updates to relevant parties.
Serve as the point of contact for escalated technical issues and complex problem resolution.
Maintain desktop SOPs and documentation.
Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and alignment of desktop support services with overall IT strategies and initiatives.
Adhere to Service Level Agreement
Provide L1 Service
Requirement
Minimally Diploma in Information Technology or similar fields
