What will your role be:

• Develop and execute end-to-end user growth strategies, focusing on key growth metrics such as acquisition, retention, engagement, and conversion, and take full ownership of growth outcomes.
• Leverage quantitative analysis (data analytics) and qualitative research (user interviews, market research) to gain insights into the needs and behavioral patterns of diverse markets and user segments, providing actionable inputs for growth strategies.
• Design and implement growth experiments, establish a scientific growth metrics system, track and analyze experiment data, and iteratively optimize growth strategies based on insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, data, and operations, to drive the execution of core GTM projects.
• Develop a deep understanding of AI-driven consumer products, identify growth opportunities aligned with the product's core value, and create replicable growth methodologies to empower the team’s growth initiatives.

What an ideal candidate means to us:

• 3-5 years of experience in internet product growth, user operations, or GTM, with a preference for candidates with experience in AI-driven consumer products. Proven track record of independently developing and executing growth strategies from 0 to 1.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in fields such as computer science, statistics, data science, artificial intelligence, or engineering. Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with a solid foundation in STEM disciplines.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python, with the ability to precisely identify growth issues, break down growth metrics, and validate the effectiveness of strategies through data.
• Familiarity with the end-to-end user growth methodology, growth rules, and user behavior patterns. Experience in implementing growth strategies is preferred.
• Strong cross-team communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Highly goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese as working languages.
